Desglossament de la quota (o imports)<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Veur\u00e0s que t&#8217;apareixen dues xifres: l&#8217;amortitzaci\u00f3, els diners que est\u00e0s retornant, i els interessos, el que est\u00e0s pagant a l&#8217;entitat banc\u00e0ria a canvi dels diners prestats. Els interessos s\u00f3n el primer que et cobrar\u00e0 el banc.<\/div>\n<div><strong>5. Quota<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00c9s el total de diners que has de pagar mensualment a la teva entitat banc\u00e0ria.<\/div>\n<div><strong>6. Data de Formalitzaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00c9s la data en la qual vas signar la teva hipoteca.<\/div>\n<div><strong>7. Data de Venciment.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00c9s la data en la qual far\u00e0s el teu \u00faltim pagament.
